Whats good guys? Thanks for viewing my blog, hope you get great knowledge out of it :)
My name is Matt and frankly i'm a mentally unstable person lol, I mean sure we all have problems but they overwhelm me and I act like a retarted robot half the time because of stress, ask people at my work.
Just don't tell them about this blog :p
Anyways, I'm creating this site as a journey for both the viewer (you!) and myself through self improvement, through multiple programs found on the internet or "internets" as george bush called it hahah
"We come in peace and we bring the internets!!"
Ok enough bullshit, I don't want to bore you guys too quickly
I will be updating this site daily with different media of updates of improvement or de-provement (a word?)
So stay tuned as your about to be enlightened and you might figure out your problems too :)

CREATING CONFUSION FOR DUMMIES
Creating confusion in someone can be useful if used in the right situations or time.
1. To give you time to recollect your thoughts in an argument / conversation
2. Change the direction
3. Halt the conversation
You do this by asking a question that doesn't make sense to the person your telling it to
For instance : Tell them..........
1. "The wall outside of my house isn't four feet tall" In a calm voice
2. " Do you remember what your forgot?" This is a favorite one
3. "How was that movie you never saw?"
To bring it to the next level you can anchor the "Confusion" by using a gesture or word/phrase
1. Slowly rise hand
2. (Clear throat)
Whenever you do one of these actions it will bring the target back into the emotional state (confusion)
Have fun with it and practice often for better results!!

LIFE FROM A SPECTATOR VIEW
A visualization skill that can be used anytime in a stressful situation
Visualize yourself in the current position from a 3rd person view or outside of your body a few feet away as a spectator
This helps changes the direction of your mind and can help anxiety / stress
Simple as that
practice visualization to increase potency (feel, taste, hear, etc) within the visualization to create more power.

Our bodies are built to be sucessfull, we have processes inside of our body and mind that can and will make us succucessful with money, women, jobs, you name it and you can have it.
I'm making this blog because I want to help everyone I can, it feels great to help people don't you think?
I WANT TO LOOK BACK ONE DAY AND SAY DAMN, I WAS THAT PIECE OF ***** SITTING THERE CRYING LIKE A LITTLE BABY OVER WHAT?
Wouldn't that feel nice? Woh now, not all hands can go up at once guys.
