I will go into further detail later but now I will discuss how it works exactly. Hypnosis is just a relaxed state of mind where you are given suggestions to improve yourself or manipulate / mold your mind any way you want (anything is possible to your subconscious mind as long as it doesn't break the law of physics etc.)Who is gullible to hypnotists! What idiots!!
Well actually, we have control over what suggestions (statements, "You are confident") we take to heart / head.People seem to think hypnotists are evil sons of bitches, well they all aren't. I met a guy that didn't hypnotize me to buy his product! Thats after I spent 10k on self-help products, damn. But honestly if you are told something bad until hypnosis if you don't truly want it your mind will push it away from your subconscious mind.
Some people are more susceptible (acceptable) to suggestions or statements while others cant take suggestions at all, that sucks to be them because they are missing out.
How does this fascinating act perform?
Well its quite simple, you get relaxed and tell yourself or have someone tell you positive statements or even different scenarios to give you different reactions, to rid stress and anxiety in certain situations, cool huh, it works.I wanna do it NOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
